Friendly Firemen

It's official, the baby can come now. We have installed the carseat! The fire station so generously will install it for you and inspect it to make sure it follows all the safety codes, so we had that done today. We were the first ones there during their "Carseat Installation and Inspection" timeframe, so we had 2 firemen and 3 policemen all to ourselves! We now know more about carseat safety laws and the seat is really easy to click in and out of its base. I think we'll probably get an extra base for our other car though, so we need to look into that. I feel so much better about them doing it, even though I'm sure we would have figured it out. I'm just not willing to take my chances with something like that.
