7 Months Old

I've been busy with work, so this is pretty late, but here it is!
Ashton had his 6-month appointment when he was almost 7 months old, and is now measuring in the 75th percentile! He's about 20 lbs now! This has been baby-proofing month. He can now get around very quickly and easily! Still not crawling on his knees, but he scoots on his belly, kicking off of his right foot and it works well for him. Baby gates are up and soon (today) I will be getting some things to put in the electrical sockets, since I caught him trying to stick his finger in one this morning. He is sleeping 12-13 hours straight a night, taking two good naps a day, eating 32 oz. milk a day and two meals of solids. He is a VERY happy baby, always smiling and laughing. He still absolutely loves his swimming lessons (we've had four so far) and has even gone under water several times now without any concern. Other milestones: he can sit without a problem, he can STAND holding onto something, but we have to help him get there. I'm sure he'll be pulling himself up in no time. I'm working on trying to get him to say "Mama"...soon. :)
